1、首先打開(kāi)EXCEL，選擇視圖，宏，錄制新宏，新建一個(gè)宏，可以隨便取個(gè)名字。
2、先生成一個(gè)空的宏
3、編輯這個(gè)宏，選中剛新建的宏后點(diǎn)擊編輯按鈕
4、刪除窗口所有字符，把下面的內(nèi)容粘貼進(jìn)入。一個(gè)字母、標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)都不能少不能錯(cuò)。
